I am still struggling to figure out how it will be OK and desperately need a good plot twist....

Trump and Farage will decamp to an uninhabited land-mass somewhere together, taking all their supporters with them. It will all be surrounded by a high wall - so the rest of us don't have to see them. I'm not sure yet how the NHS will benefit from this, but there must be a way for it all to work out.
