To think kate Middleton looks very tired and rundown

Just watched her speech on itv news . She looks exhausted and not at all like her normal glamorous self ? I hope she is ok ?? We all have bad days I guess.

I couldn't care less how she looks. Her voice sounds ridiculous though. She used to speak perfectly normally, now she sounds very affected. It cancels out any authentic-sounding emotion from her voice, which does matter, when she's speaking in public.

Honestly sometimes this site sickens me, its like bullies in a school yard however it seems acceptable to bully someone due to who their husband is, the life she married into, the way she looks, the way she parents, how much money or help she has etc....

Every aspect of her life is criticised, every single aspect of her life, by woman who must be so insecure in there life to show this level of hostility and resentment.

Its bloody pathetic coming from adults, we teach our children to not be rude, not say unkind comments, or make personal judgements on individuals, but hey its a free for all when it comes to Kate on here. I'm not even a fan of the royals, but these comments are repellent!

Her name is not MIddleton either!

And she's painfully thin - can be hard to look healthy when you weigh a stone and a half. She needs more chips and a few pies down her.

I think she looks great. Her hair colour looks a bit darker, not as warm a colour as it was before. I think it suits her.

Yes she has staff and money but her life is one of service and she is under constant scrutiny. I think she takes her role seriously, she's just had a birthday so maybe she was up all night partying?!! Maybe she was up with her baby? Either way I think she's doing a good job and fwiw I looked tired for about 5 years after I had my children....

I didn't mean it in a nasty way. Far from it. I was concerned she didn't look herself ? She looked so tired and sallow. I loe the royals and especially love kate and William. I was just thinking she didn't look herself. She is an amazing woman and is beautiful

Hmm purple try reading what you're quoting properly- I specified the 'prime minister type figure' not the entire country. Of course people will still visit but not as many.

France isn't noticing a dramatic loss of tourists- they got rid of their Royals in the 1700s!

Why do people - usually women- feel obliged to criticise other women? At best it smacks of jealousy, at worst it's nothing short of bitchy.
She's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't look permanently glamorous and photogenic.

I would love to be a slim as her, she has an amazing figure.

Of course they're not the only thing that brings in the tourists, but it is a big draw. Perhaps France would get double the revenue if they had a Royal Family?? No one can possibly say.

And yes, there are some nasty and unecessary comments on here. You don't have to be pro Royal but that doesn't mean it's ok to criticise everything about what is a very hard job. She looks fine, and much better than me!

I think that's rather her point. The French royals generate as much tourism as the British Royals even though they haven't been around for centuries.

I read your post. Clearly my reply went over your head.

France has no royals but people still visit. I don't believe people come to Britain specifically to see the queen or the other royals. It's impossible for them to meet them for a start.

If she looks exhausted and like she's 'having a bad day' what bloody hope is there for the rest of us. If she is, indeed, having a bad day she still looks bloody stunning!
Hate to imagine what people thought of me when I did the school run this morning with no makeup and wetabix encrusted leggings on!
(Ps.i actually couldn't give a toss cos I think I'm gorgeous and so does my dh)
