Last February I bought three tickets for Andre Rieu concert in December 2016. Not my cup of tea but elderly relatives thrilled. Tickets (3) were £240 but a £27 service charge even though I had to print them out myself so not sure what the £27 covered.
Concert was cancelled because of orchestra member's illness. I emailed asking for refund. Eventually I got a refund of £240 which will take a month to appear in my account. The £27 is non refundable. AIBU to feel ripped off?
