Despite following the cooking instructions? Has anyone got any good tips to ensure crispy fries?

I find the crinkle cut ones are always better.

We've got an actifry, it was a game changer! It makes them so crispy. But it's expensive and takes up quite a bit of kitchen space.

Oven temperature hotter than packet recommends. And extra time, like an extra 20 minutes more than packet recommends!!
Drives me nuts that chips 🍟 take so long.

Preheat your baking tray too.

I had a Gallentean ship that looked like that

@EveOnline2016

That's what I should have done. Can't get used to this new system.

You need a Philips Actifry Wink.

Good dose of salt and pepper, shake mid way through, cook longer than stated in a hot oven.
