So a few weeks before Christmas I I took an exam. I was told on-the day that I had passed subject to verification.this has now been confirmed. I am really pleased. I have told dh on both occasions and not once has he said we'll done.
Aibu to expect this.

That's really unkind. What did he say to you if not well done? Anything?

Catlady1976 · 13/01/2017 18:09

Bit fat nothing. Probably wasn't listening.

Symptomatic of other issues imo

FetchezLaVache · 13/01/2017 18:15

Is he normally so unsupportive and unencouraging of you?

Well done, by the way! :)

You are probably right. He had the hump with me for making him complete a tax return by claiming child benefit.Yes we will have to pay some back but felt it was worth the stress for £800.

Maybe tell him that it hurt your feelings not acknowledging your achievement, then take it from there depending on his reaction.
Well done you.

Keep on claiming the CB- it means you're registered with HMRC for NI stamp.
Well done! FlowersStar

Catlady1976 · 13/01/2017 18:29

Thank you. I think when I opted out I still claimed it for NI purposes.
I reclaimed when our circumstances changed and I am glad I did.
Time for a chat.
