I know this is not really a aibu but in so many NHS threads over the last few days people have said phone 111.
I work for 111 and yes if you need advice please phone also if you need access to OOH but also please remember it is OOH we can't get you a GP appointment when surgeries are open so normally only after 6.30pm weekdays and weekends and Bank Holidays also I have read phone 111 they cash fast track you,no we can't do that we can advise A&E or whatever from the way you answer the questions but we can't get you an appointment to see someone at A&E or let them know your coming.
Please continue to use 111 it is a great service for the public but remember we can't do everything. Xx
