Yep, I'm in Kent, very heavy sleet/snow and high winds.

Witchend · 12/01/2017 19:04

ohidoliketobe I guess you're where I grew up. We used to sit there watching the news reposts saying "schools all over the country have been closed due to snow" and wouldn't have had a single flake.

CocktailQueen · 12/01/2017 19:05

V thin covering on grass and cars in Bedfordshire, but not lying on roads or pavements - too wet. What a fuss!!

joystir59 · 12/01/2017 19:06

BBC London showing frozen reporter with a damp coat with a damp snow free back drop, warning us about dire weather conditions. Err- its winter. Its January- a bit of weather is normal!

ineedmorelemonpledge · 12/01/2017 19:08

Yep. We've had 30 centimetres this week.

Small print: I live in Switzerland Grin

Herts/Beds border, snowed for about 10 sodding minutes. Gutted.

neveradullmoment99 · 12/01/2017 19:16

Well my kids made a snowman and it was a good one. We had a few cm's and now its set to freeze over! :( It is also really cold.

dollyollymolly · 12/01/2017 19:17

Snowing here high on a hill in the South East. It's settled and icy (or so DH tells me!).

KanyeWesticle · 12/01/2017 19:18

I'm Mid-Sussex. Snowed quite heavily for an hour or so tonight, and settled, but now it's turned rainy.

TrippyMcTrapFace · 12/01/2017 19:18

Snowed here (valley in rural NW England) around 2.30pm. Huge great flakes. For about 10 minutes. Then it turned to rain. We've had hail too.
The roads/pavements are so wet it's going to be horrific in the morning after an overnight freeze.

MycatsaPirate · 12/01/2017 19:19

glueandstick · 12/01/2017 19:28

Peeing with rain. Lovely.

MomOfTwins2 · 12/01/2017 19:29

Nothing but rain here in Ipswich (Suffolk). It's not even nearly cold enough to snow. You could go out today without a coat on :-(. I am My kids are gutted.

OublietteBravo · 12/01/2017 19:30

I think it might have stopped raining. So no hope of any snow.

FuntyCuck · 12/01/2017 19:39

Piss all in Nuneaton (near Coventry)

Bitterly disappointed after getting ridiculously excited about the phrase 'THUNDERSNOW!'
