If it was out of the fridge overnight and I bake it now is it ok?

About 20 mins. Until it's all melted and gooey and amazing.....

Depends on size. 250g, I would bake for about 20 minutes, sometimes a few minutes more if it needs to brown off and 'rise' a bit more.

Remember to cut a cross in top 'skin'.

It will be amazing. It's rubbish straight out of the fridge. My IL's always take out cheese the night before.
