I seem to think the original OP didn't know who Caroline was or where she lived, which would make it difficult to do any of that...

I start my home caring training soon. I do hope the training includes dealing with such situations.

If Nicolarse's wife needs that many carers she must be entitled to her own blue badge which is NOT dependent on being a driver. She is then allowed to let a carer use it while they are there to see her
