She looks gorgeous, moves beautifully (the Ed Sheering no nearly made me cry) she bossedid as Madonna. Was clearly well liked by other contestants and her husband seems to adore her.

Where does all this insecurity have to come from. Is it just the unrealistic expectation of the industry or pressure we put on ourselves?

I'm assuming, in her case, the insecurity comes from the fact she was a professional dancer for years and is a bit uncomfortable that she has put weight on and is out of practice.

We all change over time and she is still gorgeous and can still move so beautifully

Women put horrendous pressure on themselves to be the same as they were before kids. But nothing is the same after that. Nor should it be.
