To be slowly fuming at 45 minute late cleaner

Booked through agency- first clean today. Have called office twice each time they've said 'she's 10 mins away'.

I came home early from work especially.

I gave up with Handy which I used one summer when my cleaner was away as although the first person came on time and next 3 really messed us around on time. In fact when the boys leave home I think i'll just do my own cleaning. I am sick of someone else in the house and never knowing when they will turn up.

Complain to the agency and ask for a refund given she's not turned up
