I've just finished watching deathly hallows part 2 and I just love it. Grew up on HP, always been a huge fan.

I used to say when I was a teenager I'd get one but never had the balls to do it! Now I want to. DP thinks I'm mad

New Years alcohol intake may be influencing this decision!

Eve I'd love to be brave enough for something like that but not a chance, ha! If I do it'll be a quote or phrase, reasonably small.

Alan Rickman never said the 'Always' quote, it was something a fan made and it was so lovely it went viral.

I want a HP tattoo but I can't think of anything that is unique and feels right.
I give not one shit about what others think of me for it, much like my other tattoos!

A quote is a great choice especially as it can have a dual meaning.

My Cursed Child one is a quote with a wing above it (I like that it'll link to my feather one)

I've also grown up on Harry Potter, I read the first book the year it came out. Love it all.

I really want one too OP. I have a Pinterest board dedicated to it. I just can't make my mind up what I want and where I want it. I quite like "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" written in a scroll with the foot prints through it, or "mischief managed" with the footprints. Problem is the areas I'd like to be tattooed are done, a foot, an ankle and a really crappy one on my shoulder that I can't find anything to cover it up with. I'd like one on my wrist but it worries me that it could prevent a job one day.

When I got my last tattoo, I mentioned I'd quite a HP one and my tattoist said she had one (but didn't show me, she said it was different to the ones that everyone else gets). We had a right chat about HP and it turned out we were both at the studio tour, same day, same timeslot! Sadly she has moved away now so she can't do it for me.

YANBU I've had these saved for ages, would love to get either

I want a really elaborate one of Albus and Scorpio ontop of the Hogwarts express being confronted by the trolley witch 😂 it looks amazing in my head but i think its more suited to a wall canvas than a tattoo
