To be terrified by the Baba Vanga prophecies

Hello all,

I was randomly looking on the web a few days ago and came across the baba vanga prophecies. The bit about a war in the middle east turning into WWIII and the use of weapons in Europe terrifies me. I would usually dismiss this kind of stuff, but she has predicted many other things correctly in the past. AIBU to consider moving my family to Australasia on the basis of these terrifying predictions?

Google "Barnum Effect"

:)

Moving to Australia is not going to help.
Well, at least not according to 'On The Beach' by Nevil Shute. Apocalyptic novel written in the 1950s, Australia does buy it in the end just takes a bit longer for the fallout to get there.
Don't worry OP I'm sure the govt will hand out the cyanide capsules to the populace long before the warheads start flying.

Those prophecies are a hoax. The same text flying around internet allegedly by Vanga, or Nostradamus. There was a fake 'prophecy' just after 9/11 too.

Phew it is 2017 and we are all still here......
Still freaked out by all this stuff on the news, but reassured we are into 2017 unscathed :)
