Just that really, as the mummy of a 3 year old and 1 year old I feel like daddy's always there for fun stuff and it's always me doing all boring grown up stuff. Checking kids have actually eaten, get to bed at reasonable hour, checking if nappies need changing, stopping them electrocuting themselves by eating through a wire etc etc. Is this a normal mummy/daddy scenario or is my OH being bit rubbish? And by no means precious about stuff so definitely do not have high standards he can't live up to, we're talking really basic stuff.

Your OH is a bit rubbish. You need to have a conversation with him, about what a father is actually for and how disappointed you are to be treated like a skivvy; about how you expect him to up his game or to see your respect for him die and your marriage alongside it Sad.
