Such a talented man - I can't believe it! I could make a playlist of all my favourite songs and most of the would be by people who have died in 2016.

I'm completely gutted, one of my favourites, the soundtrack to my childhood, teenage ups and downs and adulthood.

He was a huge talent back in the day. When I was about 20, I think, we were all crazy about 'Listen Without Prejudice' - what a great album.

He seemed a bit of a car crash for the last few years - very sad.

I was just explaining last night to my dcs who he was whilst we watched old Christmas videos on tv. We were all giggling over his dodgy hair in the 'Last Christmas' video and I was saying how fab the B side of that record was.
