Have lost cooking instructions for Waitrose roast potatoes with goose fat and their red cabbage with apples - anybody?

Potatoes with goose fat:

Oven Cook
From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove film. Remove tray and place potatoes and goose fat onto a preheated baking tray. Place in centre of oven turning three times throughout cooking until golden and crisp. Stand for 1 minute before serving. (Time 45 mins Oven: 220C; Fan: 200C; Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)

Braised red cabbage with apples

Unless you meant the packaged cabbage with apples, red wine and cranberries, in which case it is:
Oven Cook
From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir before serving. (Time 18 mins Oven: 200C; Fan: 180C; Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

For future reference look up the item on their online shop. It will have cooking instructions in description :)

Thank you Thank you Thank you - when I posted I was sat on the kitchen floor surrounded by the contents of 3 bags of recycling and had failed miserably with looking it up,online. I bought them ready prepared to reduce work and stress but will have a cup of tea now and breathe Blush and Grin
