Bought a Tesco finest meal deal earlier .. pesto breaded chicken and dauphinois potatoes. Chucked some baby carrots in to roast with it.

Gravy or no gravy? It'll be done in 15. Will whip together a real gravy quickly (butter, flour, stock).

I fucking love gravy and really want it. But will it be awful with the pesto?

No gravy. If you don't overcook the potatoes- you'll get some sauce with them.

If you can get here in 4 minutes ankles there's a portion waiting for you. DPs on an impromptu night out so there's plenty spare unless it's delicious, in which case I'll eat it all
