Life is a bit shit atm. 2 bereavements this week, dc backwards and forwards to hospital after an accident and broken bones. Not speaking to DM currently after some majorly triggering comments about historic EA that she seems to have completely and conveniently forgotten. Exh is almost entirely nc with kids so I have to give 200%, work full time but have xmas break off. Minor health issues myself and not slept well for months and months.
AIBU to want to just hibernate or just disappear for a couple of weeks until all the festivities are done?
Obviously I won't, as I live in the real world, and the turkey and pigs in blankets are ready in the freezer. But the thought of just upping and leaving for a week with the dcs is really tempting...
