Yes. Christmas is a busy emotive time. If it's not a time sensitive thing and no one is any danger, hang fire for a bit.

It all depends on what the change is, how badly you want to do the change and if you have time off over Christmas and it is helpful to have time off for the change.

Agree with the others. It's usually better to get it over and done with but there will obviously be some exceptions. For example, good to wait to change jobs, move house, leave a partner you've fallen out of love with... bad to wait if it's a case of leaving an abusive partner.

Yes, i did. But then get on with it quick, what ever it is, before you've got other things that might stand in the way! Birthdays, holidays ect.
