To watch so much TV?

Am currently having bad MH time. In better times, my 19 month old DD would watch a couple of mini episodes of pocoyo (her favourite) while I cooked dinner or got our things together before going out and that would be it.

At the moment, she watches from after breakfast until I'm a bit more awake (maybe an hour, sometimes more.) Then we get dressed, play upstairs, come down and play with toys/baking/colouring, go for a walk, and TV back on when we are in. Another half hour or so. Play with toys for a bit then book and nap.

When she wakes up TV back on until she is woken up enough to want lunch. Half an hour to an hour. Then drawing, toys, another walk and TV on when we get in while I prep dinner. Toys until it is ready.

That's a minimum of 3 hours. She's also got a cold but now she doesn't answer my questions as much, throwing more tantrums, and when I switch it off she gets upset and asks for pocoyo/paw patrol all day. We do active watching- I talk about what's on the screen, get her to join in with actions, but it's a lot of vegging out. AIBU to put it on so much? What else can I do?
