How often do you change your PJs?

The children pj thread had me feeling nosy...!

If you wear them that is

Every day here too as I don't wear underwear to bed.

When the smell is like I'm decomposing

Don't like pajamas in bed so wear a nightshirt (oversized the shirt) new one every night.

Ok, so is pants in bed a thing?! One of my friends wears nighties with pants and her dd's do too. I find this v odd and this caused much hilarity on a night out once when it cropped up! I once collected one of her dd from guide camp and she'd worn one pair of pants day and night for a week , even more weirdly she'd had a shower several times but still put the same pair of pants back on but it seems it's quite common? V v wrong imo.......

Every day or every other day. I am perimenopaisal and get night sweats.

I sleep in a vest top and knickers, and only put my pyjama bottoms on when I wake up (for mooching around the house, having breakfast etc.).

I'll wear the same top for 2–4 nights depending on sweatiness and obviously clean knickers every night.

I feel insecure without knickers. In their defence they're cotton and the ones I wear at night are looser-fitting shorts type knickers. I don't wear PJ bottoms though. They sit folded on at the end of my bed ready to put on in the morning.

If I have to climb out of the window in the middle of the night when my house is on fire I'm sure I'll be glad that I've got my knickers on

Every other day in winter (I wear knickers) and every day in summer because of sweating

Every 2-3 days. Though I put them on just before bed, I don't lounge about in them during the evening. Would probably change more regularly if I did that.

I've had the same conversation with friends about this and I think it's just each to their own. Some do, some don't. One wears a bra to bed - and I could not think of anything worse ... a whole 'nother thread there I think

I'm so glad I've found other people who organise clothing for when the house goes on fire in the middle of the night. I'm not mad after all!

Every other night. No knickers tho but I do wear fluffy socks all year round (nerve damage to my feet).

Every day! Minge sweating at night and all that.

No, not in bed, just thinking about the wash load if you add PJs to the things you wear fresh every day.

Every day. No pants to bed. I don't find washing cumbersome, that's the job of the washing machine.

Every 2/3 days. I also only wear the top to bed (except at certain times).

I'm about once a week, maybe more if they smell or if I've dropped my dinner down the front! I don't wear pjs to bed, I get changed into them when I get home from work and take them off to go to bed.

I think if you don't wear knickers, you would need to change them every day. Hence why I wear knickers.

Every 3 or 4 days. Dh would make his last weeks if I didn't swipe them off the bed with mine.
