While tidying up the bedroom i found two sperm sample pots - rang DH and he hadn't bothered to get tested after his vasectomy in June as its just a formality. I am bloody fuming. Three babies - three hyperemis pregnancies, PTSD after dd2s birth, AND, PND and the last baby had a heart problem (thankfully resolved now) which entailed 10 sodding months bed rest. I was all set to get my tubes tied whem he offered to have the snip as it was a smaller op. And now i don't even bloody know if hes been fertile all these months. Surely masturbating into a fucking pot isn"t too difficult?

Bloody hell! I'd be livid too, how bloody irresponsible. Has he any idea of the statistics of fertility after a vasectomy? Did he want more DC but was persuaded by you?

No sex til he gets properly tested and tell him he's betrayed your trust.

If my dh did this, (I've got two dc but have had nowhere near the amount of trauma you've suffered) I would be livid. He has been thoughtless and lazy and i would have a long conversation about trust.

Did he tell you he went to get tested or did you assume he did? My DH didn't have a clear sample for months after.

Er no YANBU. So irresponsible and a massive betrayal of trust.
