I've had a surprising bill of 900 pounds bill for three months (september, October and November). We are 3 people living in a house for more than one year, all of us are working in a full time job. Our stimated usage is 70 pounds per month and at the moment the reading matched with the stimated usage. the problem raised when our reading of gas and electricity have increased too much in those months, even when we were no use the heating, also we have been on holiday 15 days in September. This month (December) we are using the heating and our reading is less than in each one of those three months.
- I've checked previous readings and they are fine, there is no mistakes.
- It's not possible that both readers (electricity and gas) were broken, because this month are working as always.
- How is possible that we spend three times more electricity and gas per month no using the heating and now we are paying less using the heating?
