Thieving, lying bunch of Aunt-upsetting wank-weasels, basically.

Their whole website is covered in huge signs for same-day delivery but in teeny-tiny miniscule type right at the bottom of the page miles underneath the thing you click to seal the deal it says they actually don't do that at all but just stick the flowers in the post and hope for the best and can't guarantee they'll arrive at all never mind on the actual day you specified.

I'm just massively pissed off and needed to vent. I've wasted £15 on flowers no-one can find. Don't use them! Bah.

Is there anyway to review them somewhere more linked to them eg. Twitter or Facebook pages so that potential customers see more easily

How did you pay? I think things like this are protected by certain CC/PayPal (could be wrong though!)

They are bloody awful. Emailed me at 7pm THE DAY BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY to tell me they had oversubscribed and wouldn't be sending my Mother's Day flowers AT ALL. Not a day early, not a day late, just not bothering. Flipping horrendous people. I feel you!
