It all comes down to grass roots & the way the academy system is set up which doesn't account for the fact that children develop at different rates/ages. Our players won't improve until the whole system changes.

Our team is PL and most of the players are home grown from grass roots locally. So that sort of Brexit wouldn't affect our team much ;)
