It all comes down to grass roots & the way the academy system is set up which doesn't account for the fact that children develop at different rates/ages. Our players won't improve until the whole system changes.

Sorry, are you trying to say that only white people are, or can be, English?

The England team doesn't feature any non-English players (or players without an English grandparent, at the least).

Our team is PL and most of the players are home grown from grass roots locally. So that sort of Brexit wouldn't affect our team much ;)
