To ask if anybody knows this film : animated 80s with animals and one singing "If you don't name your poison I'll have to get the boys in"?

I have been searching tinterweb to try and find out what this film was and I cannot find it! It was on TV. Think it was shown a couple of times. Animals in clothes talking and singing. Another character sang "My name is Mark,thanks a lot". One of the character sells his soul to the devil. It's driving me bonkers. I did NOT imagine it! 😞
