To think my uterine polyp came out on its own?!

I am waiting for a procedure date for a uterine polyp removal but (TMI ALERT) I just felt something 'passing through' (I'm on my period) and when I checked it looked just like the polyp...

I'm really freaked out!

My gynaecologist said it would be painless but I didn't believe her to I kept my polyp 😂

Hi update on my appointment.
Went to the hospital appointment this morning as scheduled. The lady doctor was lovely in stoke . She took my polyp out for me i didnt feel a thing . She as sent my polyp off for a biopsy have to wait 3 wks for results . But she said everything looks ok .
