Should be - unless your commute is excessively long/warm. I would be happy to.

Not sure about that at all...

Took it to work and bought home.. was it in a fridge at work all day yesterday or handbag? If handbag... bin. Why risk food poisoning for the price of a few prawns?

in a fridge all day yesterday out of the fridge between 8 and 9, and then between 5 and 6

Use your nose... if they smell off, they are off and if they don't they're ok to eat. If they're coated with thousand island dressing/mayonaisse you may have to rinse it off under the tap for the "nose test".

I often make prawn curry and leave it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days before reheating and eating it. As far as I'm aware, I haven't yet expired from seafood poisoning. Smile
