That any place advertising a job with no minimum wage has some responsibility to it's members?

"Life really is too short not to be working with one of the UK's finest self-employed, commission only, Field Sales Executive teams. Fantastic earning potential and rewards, combined with the very best training and support-why go anywhere else for a sales job?"

Commission only is no minimum wage surely?

It's self employed though, so minimum wage doesn't count.

And taking the job is optional, not compulsary

My arse is it self employed, very much doubt it meets the hmrc criteria

Whether it is self-employed or not: you know it's commission only from the advert, don't you?

What is the "place", OP? Who are you trying to thrust a responsibility on?
