BaldBaby1970 · 09/11/2016 08:03

Pass the Hendricks

StrawberryQuik · 09/11/2016 08:06

It's been raining all night and a tram overturned in the town centre (DH gets that tram everyday a bit later)...I'm hiding indoors with the baby and I might make a sponge cake to cheer myself up.

Greengoddess12 · 09/11/2016 08:06

He's vile obviously but then Hillary wasn't much better just appeared saner.

However time will tell. He's well disposed to making trade deals with Britain so it might be good for our economy that's if Armageddon doesn't occur first. Confused

pipsqueak25 · 09/11/2016 08:16

wtf ? take a deep breathe and breathe... i understand people are worried about trump, brexit and the like but this stuff is happening there is no point getting worked up about things you cannot, as an individual control. putting it bluntly if i know i had a few months to live i wouldn't waste the remainder fretting about this stuff and how it was going to affect those i left behind, but then l'm a bit selfish like that Smile enjoy life and look for the good things, change what you can, learn to live with what you can't and don't sweat the rest imo, it's worked for me all my life.

MumOnTheRunCatchingUp · 09/11/2016 08:20

A bit melodramatic don't you think?

BubbleGumBubble · 09/11/2016 08:22

PenCreed · 09/11/2016 08:23

How big is the duvet and the bottle? I know several people who would like to do the same, can we all come?

Funclesmuck · 09/11/2016 08:23

Move over, I'm bringing wine and crisps

JunosRevenge · 09/11/2016 08:28

Sounds like we're going to have quite a party.

I've got a giant bag of Wotsits too.

No gin but I've got haribo

Pipistrelle40 · 09/11/2016 08:58

I like gin and am currently under the duvet. Will be over when I finish my bottle of London Dry.

Pipistrelle40 · 09/11/2016 08:59

I like gin and am currently under the duvet. Will be straight over when i have finished my bottle of London Dry.

flippinada · 09/11/2016 09:00

Pipistrelle40 · 09/11/2016 09:00

Like New York i even post twice!

ratspeaker · 09/11/2016 09:38

I tried this, the cat was having none of it. Insisted he wanted fed therefore I had to get up.
I do have an urge to rush out and buy up tins, dried goods, toilet roll just in case.
Then go hide in a certain golf course bunker, should be safe there.

corythatwas · 09/11/2016 09:40

I remembered the comfort food, and I remembered the fruit (need to keep vitamin levels up), but I forgot the vodka. dd was not impressed.

abbsismyhero · 09/11/2016 09:42

I've got skittles they are classed as fruit right?

mirime · 09/11/2016 10:11

Wine is made from grapes. Grapes are a fruit. I have a bottle of wine, a bottle of something fizzy and some macarons.

Pisssssedofff · 09/11/2016 10:13

What about that poor guy in Scotland who's been fighting trumps golf course all these years - is he going to go for a walk in the woods and not come back now ? God it's depressing

XianLiax · 09/11/2016 10:14

I'm making chocolate fridge cake. Then Dutch apple cake. Then cupcakes. Then.... gotta keep baking... it'll all go away if I bake enough cakes - right?

IBelieveTheEarthIsFlat · 09/11/2016 10:18

It's not time for wine yet but oh yes I want to hide and drink.

Fucking fuck

user1475253854 · 09/11/2016 10:44

I've got aldi gin. Think I'll be drinking it neat by noon.

Guitargirl · 09/11/2016 10:48

I am under a duvet. And have eaten a big bag of Smarties.

Lules · 09/11/2016 10:53

I'm under a duvet. But I have a sick toddler with hand foot and mouth on top of me so you probably don't want me to join yours. All very depressing.
