My DD has been put on movicol and the only way to get her to drink enough fluid to make it work is in squash. I currently use high juice but have been horrified to work out she is consuming 50:/: of an adults daily sugar allowance in squash alone
So I have bought some sugar free squash, it contains sucralose. The NHS website say up to 15mg per kg of body weight a day is safe. How on earth do you work out how many mg of sucralose is in a cup or even a bottle of squash? I can't seem to find anything on the bottle? DD drinks about 2 litres of fluid a day so I'm not sure if this will be too much sucralose?
