What motivated you? What was the deciding factor that made you think 'enough is enough'?
I'm fat (16.7 stone this morning) pre- diabetic, and fully aware of how awful type 2 diabetes can be. Terrified that my 13 month old DS is going to end up obese through the shocking example I'm setting.
Yet I'm still eating the fucking chocolate.
I have the best of intentions but they crumble so easily!

I was in a Shop and speak 3 languages, when I heard two Asian men say she nice looking but a bit to fat , in Urdu & laughed, thinking i couldn't understand.

I left and burst into tears in the car, that was when I knew it was time & I was sick of not fitting into nice clothes (only Evans sold big clothes then I was 21).

I joined weight watchers lost 2 stone then left and joined slimming world and lost the rest & never looked back. I also went through my pregnancy and kept to a reasonable weight & shifted it afterwards.

Best thing I ever did!
