Can someone kindly tell me how much they'd pay for a puppy training diaper (any size)?

OP posts:
SoupDragon · 05/11/2016 11:25

I wouldn't.

NoelHeadbands · 05/11/2016 11:26

What even IS a puppy training diaper?

Confused Why would you need one? Just take pup outside regularly.
llangennith · 05/11/2016 11:46

If you're thinking of inventing one don't bother! Puppies don't take long to toilet train (even though it seems an eternity) and if you used a diaper you'd be training the pup that they could pee and poo anytime/anywhere.

Soubriquet · 05/11/2016 12:17

You don't put nappies on a dog!!!!

Be a proper pet owner and teach your puppy ffs

WaitrosePigeon · 05/11/2016 12:18

Erm, I wouldn't.

Nobody would, surely?

KayTee87 · 05/11/2016 12:22

Pointless.
The only case for a 'nappy' on a dog is in the case of an old incontinent dog - maybe.

WallisofWindsor · 05/11/2016 12:28

I asked a genuine question and I just don't understand why some of you have your pulses racing fast!!
You clearly have no idea why I asked and therefore have no reason to start throwing nasty comments my way.
Did I say I own a dog?!
Jeeeeeesus!

OP posts:
DrunkenUnicorn · 05/11/2016 12:30

Pointless. Would never buy one and would advise others not to bother either if asked.

ohidoliketobe · 05/11/2016 12:31

Surely you mean a pad that you put on the floor, not a diaper? Not one in their right mind would put a nappy on a dog, would they?! Confused

WallisofWindsor · 05/11/2016 12:32

llangennith
If you're thinking of inventing one don't bother! Why would that be the only reason I asked.?
News Flash: In America there've been around for a while- so there you go- I ain't DUMB!

OP posts:
Soubriquet · 05/11/2016 12:33

Because it's such a stupid question and no one in their right mind would think of putting a puppy in a nappy

No responsible pet owner would

SoupDragon · 05/11/2016 12:34

You clearly have no idea why I asked

And why do we have no idea...?

MatildaTheCat · 05/11/2016 12:35

Puppies are well known for chewing anything and everything which makes it seem fairly obvious why this has never been invented/ caught on.

I did see a dog in Singapore wearing some sort of contraption when in season but usually when something hasn't been invented there's a good reason.

Answer to your actual question....nothing.

TataEs · 05/11/2016 12:37

Hmmmmm.

Wonderflonium · 05/11/2016 12:38

I wouldn't pay anything. It's not that hard to housetrain a dog and a nappy would make the process last considerably longer. Plus, it's a choking hazard if the pup managed to take it off.

Why do you ask?

And I asked a genuine question back - what is a puppy training diaper? What do they train?

DramaInPyjamas · 05/11/2016 12:41

I'd pay nothing.

KayTee87 · 05/11/2016 12:41

I ain't dumb Grin

tabulahrasa · 05/11/2016 12:42

I wouldn't have one if I was paid to take it - why would I want to make housetraining a dog harder and add in having to wash them?

DramaInPyjamas · 05/11/2016 12:42

I did contemplate (for a few seconds) putting a human baby nappy on her when she went through her first season though Grin
