AIBU to be worried about buying a Santa Costume

It has been decided that I am the best person at work to organise the purchase of a new Santa costume for our annual Christmas event. The last one is a few years old and suffered badly after an elf grabbed hold of Santa's leg after they jumped out of an aeroplane during a grand entrance at a previous event!

The thing is, I have no idea how you tell what a good costume is and they all look very similar online. I need Santa to look naice, not like he's dressed in the dark and definitely not like a tramp.

Think with Santa suits the Material they are made from is a good indicator so maybe have a look at that...otherwise no idea

Have you tried asking on the Seasonal Costume forum?

I got some great advice over what sort of teeth to buy for my Easter bunny outfit.

Ask your budget and get within that. Big budget better costume, I would imagine!

I can pretty much decide the budget. I guess £150 would be the absolute maximum though. Will that get me a good one?!
