Flooring - laminate and vinyl/lino - cheapest places to buy???

Posting for traffic I've looked at B+Q and seen laminate for £11 sq metre and lino for £8 sq metre. Are there other places I should look which you could recommend which might be cheaper? It's for a house which will be rented out. Thanks.

Our local carpet place / shop has a section 'out the back' with cheaper rolls of vinyl flooring. I think it was about £4 or £5 per m2 and we paid one of the guys who works there to fit it.

If you are in the South West, there is a company called Bargain Brands that do reduced prices on short life food, bit occasionally do laminate flooring at £1 a pack.

eBay! I recently bought some really cheap was expecting crap but the quality was fab!

If you're after it for a small area I think some sellers do off cuts for really cheap too.
