Deep breaths, be yourself, be open, friendly and honest.

Look up Amy Cuddy. She did a fab TED talk and lots of research about 'presence' and gives great advice for easy tricks for instant confidence.

And remember, your mumming skills are transferable Grin

Good luck!

Look up the STAR technique. It helps with competency based questions.

Dress to impress, Be calm & confident and speak clearly. Just remember they wouldn't have given you the interview in the first place if they didn't think you were capable! Best of luck!!

Whenever I have an interview / big meeting I get there a few mins early and go and sit in the loos and do a 3 min breathing meditation before going in. Means my head is clear and I feel calmer when I walk in. This sort of thing - franticworld.com/the-three-minute-breathing-space-meditation-is-now-free-to-download/
