To think too many people on MN are too quick to call 'fake'

I was reading and contributing to the post about the new husband whose wife has found his disgusting stag videos. I read contribution after contribution saying 'if this is real', 'troll', etc. And one particularly asshole post which simply said 'reported' like the poster was some sort of stepford wife keeping her community in check. None of us actually know whether it was real because, well, this is the internet. But who gives anyone the right to assume something isn't? Just because you, soneone you know, or in this case, your husband hasn't done (or been caught doing) it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I know someone who this almost exact thing happened to her.

So stop the troll hunting! And get a life.

And shame on MN for deleting within 5 mins of report in favour of the reporter.

Ovaries, that is the sort of thing I was worried about.

I think it was too much of a coincidence for it not to be the same person Arf.

The baby featured on OBEM had the same name and the same birthday as the one on here.

IIRC the poster even said herself she was going to be on OBEM before her thread was zapped and she was branded a troll.

Too much of a coincidence imo.

And MNHQ did admit themselves they had made a mistake and had contacted the poster to apologise so MN did at least seem to think it was the same person.
