To be nervous of free movie download? (Princess Mononoke)

DS wants to watch Princess Mononoke tonight. Normally we pay a few quid to download occasional movies from Amazon or ITunes, but it isn't there.

However, it is apparently available to download free from various websites I've never heard of, e.g. here.

Is it a scam? What's the best way to get hold of it (tonight)?

Torrent?

I'm not sure I'd try downloading from there (or torrenting from anywhere else) if you don't know what you're doing. Those pages are littered with fake download buttons so you have to know which is the legit one.
