We split amicably six months ago and ever since then his stuff has been taking up space in my house. It's mostly clothes

He has been told multiple times to collect and now he's taken a year long job abroad so he won't be back for at least that long.

Aibu to throw the lot?

I would throw it - he has been told enough times and still hasn't collected it. Your his ex, not a storage centre.

How much is it? I'd ask him if he'd like it UPS delivered or if he knows who could store it for him. Then he can email UPS or parents or friends. You could offer to bag it and hand it over to the driver or friend. Otherwise, chuck.

I would do what arfarf suggests.

Message him to say collect or it goes to the dump after x date and keep a copy of the email/text, no reply then dump it definitely
