AIBU to ask posters to put some paragraphs into their posts?

If I'm reading without my glasses, I absolutely cannot read a block of text. Especially on my phone (gives me a headache). Is it really that difficult to press the 'return' key? Surely people must read back through their posts and realise it needs some breaking down before posting?

I hate this. All too often it's a way of denigrating what the OP is saying or asserting mental superiority.

That might be the case if someone posts a request for paragraphs on a thread another poster started but the OP isn't singling anyone out here.

Also, I knew what this thread was going to be about as soon as I saw the thread title.
