I saw Alex and his family at a hotel in Southport for the annual musical fireworks show. Was 2013, irrc.

He was very sweet.

I saw him in panto last Xmas in Bristol, I was told by the locals that he was living on a houseboat in Bristol with his male partner, so yes he is gay.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned his startling resemblance to Fatima Whitbread.

I saw him in the Summer at a concert with a girlfriend. He is seriously hot in real life!! (I wasn't really a fan thought he looked like Fatima Whitbread until I saw him in the flesh)
