To think you can see a 3lb weight gain

Because I bloody feel like the whole world can. ..my head says it's 3lb....my bodies not listening

AppleJac, I've lost about the same amount and nobody notices on me either! It's odd, because I'm 5'3" with a small frame, and have gone down nearly 3 dress sizes. I LOOKED overweight. People probably just don't care

Im 5 ft 8 and size 18, occasionally a 20. I think thats why no one has yet noticed.

In your case beauty i think people are just choosing not to mention it. How can you not notice straightaway that someone has dropped 3 dress sizes?
