It depends where your night shift is I suppose?
If you're the lone security guard in an empty factory, I'd probably say no

care work with dementia patients..... watching a film about dementia/Alzheimers (potential bad move)

Don't bother watching The Revenant, it's as boring as hell.

oh dear. the taking is a found footage one, not loving it so far but have all the lights on might be a wimps approach. going to turn one off at a time
