The amount of weird goady bullshit threads that are appearing is unbelievable!

Actually, I have no idea if it's a full moon affecting me, but I can get excessively pedantic after shedoads of wine, when if it was rum, I'd just be e gigglebox Grin

I'm just astonished my spelling isn't shite Grin

Soubriquet · 14/10/2016 21:09

flippitygibbet? an upside down gallows?

That actually made me laugh Grin

Interesting idea re diary doll pants

Raspberry thank you for the description.

I am clearly one.

A talkative, lively person. Not a gallows.

Wrinklytights · 14/10/2016 21:12

I always thought it was a flibbertygibbet. Have I been hearing it wrong?

Turkey guts is giblets

Chafe is chaff

Wrinklytights · 14/10/2016 21:12

*chayff - damn you autocorrect

ScrambledSmegs · 14/10/2016 21:13

an upside down gallows Grin Genius!

I like the idea of those pants. Are they working? Those period pants wouldn't last five minutes with me, I need mooncup plus towel and even then it's risky.

OhMrsQ · 14/10/2016 21:13

Yes, I'd say chayf

SlinkyVagabond · 14/10/2016 21:13

Happy birthday Raspberry!
I used to have a jacket from the Carol Smilie range (catalogue via chazza) My friends pissed themselves laughing when they saw the label. (Cows) Don't think it was leakproof though.

Sparklingbrook · 14/10/2016 21:13

No chafing as yet but they are very 'man made fibre' IYKWIM. I am also road testing those Always Infinity space age sanitary towels, I have not plucked up the courage to leave the house while the test is ongoing though. I am very dubious.

And no I don't want a bloody mooncup before anyone suggests it. Angry Grin

I say chayfe for skin rubbing

Chaff is a crop isn't it?

I use always infinity. Love em

ScrambledSmegs I personally have not tried them, despite being very light after day 1. I just cannot bring myself to.

Yes, apparently they work great. Rave reviews over here, from seventeen magazine to womens health.

Sparklingbrook · 14/10/2016 21:17

X post re mooncups Scrambled. But you didn't try and convert me. Grin I was very slow posting, and I nipped into the kitchen for my bag of foamy bananas and shrimps.

WaitrosePigeon · 14/10/2016 21:18

Yes MN is full of shit tonight.

OhMrsQ · 14/10/2016 21:19

i gave up on sanitary towels, they all seem to be scented.

Soubriquet · 14/10/2016 21:19

I really don't like the idea of a mooncup

It's the shoving my fingers up to release the seal that does it Envy

BuddyC4t · 14/10/2016 21:19

Always infinity are great!!

OhMrsQ · 14/10/2016 21:19

sorry to have turned a 'goady fuckers' thread into a period and gallows thread.

although, not enough of them i say

Sparklingbrook · 14/10/2016 21:20

Soub the Infinity ones are vv expensive but they are really worryingly thin. Where does it all go? Confused

I had terrible thigh chafe when pregnant with DS2. I had to wear DH's Jockey long legged pants.

OhMrsQ · 14/10/2016 21:21

Sparklingbrook do you mean those sweets? The one you used to find near the penny chews??

Soubriquet · 14/10/2016 21:21

I don't know...it just works

And savers are always cheap enough for them £2.49 a box in there

OhMrsQ · 14/10/2016 21:22

deodorant rubbed on inner thighs works wonders for thigh chafe.

ScrambledSmegs · 14/10/2016 21:22

Ah, you either mooncup or you don't, no biggie Grin.

Although I don't technically have a mooncup, I have a sckoon cup. Stupid name, we know mooncup got there first so why don't you choose a completely different name instead of one that rhymes with it Hmm

DoloresVanCartier · 14/10/2016 21:22

My cat ate my mooncup not whilst in use, I was quite disappointed as I'd only used it once!!
