I already have an account. I cannot recollect my password because it needs to be one number one capital one lower case one foreign word one Chinese symbol one Roman numeral.

scheduled arrival date a week or so later - fine

thing hasn't arrived. Check arrival date - its now pushed back to 27 Oct! One week after child's birthday and over a month since I ordered it. FFS. Happened with other childs birthday present too. If they said at time of purchase it would take 5 flipping weeks I wouldnt have bought it
