There is more stuff for my son in my bag than there is for me. I used to travel really light, but luckily DH bought me a really nice big handbag as a birthday gift the month before DS arrived, as none of my old tiny ones would fit half this crap in them.

My stuff:

Wallet.
Phone.
Pack of tissues.
Keys - for car, truck and house.
Small folding hairbrush with mirror in handle.
Black Biro.
A tampon.

DS stuff:

3 diapers and a wodge of diaper sacks.
Pack of wipes.
Tube of butt paste.
A t-shirt, pair of shorts, pair of socks and a thick flannel shirt.
Small toy fire engine.
Mini football.
Sophie the bastard squeaky Giraffe.
Muslin cloth.
Gripe Water.
2 baby food pouches (1x pumpkin and banana, 1x pear and mango).
Mostly empty tube of baby sun lotion factor 50.

And I suppose for both our benefits:

Small (8oz) bottle of water.
Mini first aid kit - alcohol wipes, gauze, tape, ibuprofen, antiseptic cream, tweezers, safety pins etc

Purse , those little concentrated squash bottles , mints , a carrier bag , a canvas shopping bag , baby wipes , childrens pants , leaflets /reciepts /toot , little toys , i add keys , phone and bottled water when i go out

I change bags regularly but move each time

Also add spare battery or charger, magazine or tablet if out all day.
If sat outside a childs activity, ill bring nail file, nailpolish and top coat to do my nails.

Although I'm naturally an untidy person, I empty and repack my bag every day. I don't see the point of carting lots of useless stuff around with me.

My bag always weighs a ton and I try and take stuff out I don't need!

Bloody hell, I don't even own a handbag! On work days I have m.y satchel/briefcase thing which has work stuff in plus sanitary towels and painkillers. Otherwise I just use my pockets for phone, cash card/money and car keys.

Amongst all the general shit that's actually for me (pads/hairbrush/paracetamol) I have about 26 Stikeez and two pairs of socks.
