A higher judge should come along and lock both of them up. Surely this makes the current judge an accessory? And what about a possible baby?? Ss will need to be involved surely? And the woman needs her fecking head testing!!

That's bad enough in itself, but this man is a paedophile. As well as being locked up, he shouldn't even be allowed to have a child.

I do hope there's a retrial, a proper judge, and that if this creature ever does reproduce that SS get involved pretty swiftly to remove said child to a place of safety.

Not sure what other circumstances can even remotely mitigate this.

The volume of the images held, the category, the time frame and the fact moving images were included are all aggravating factors. However, previous good character and an early guilty plea do mitigate. I am uncomfortable with the sentence based on the newspaper reports but without reading the full sentencing remarks from the Judge it's difficult to assess what swayed his decision.

They're still insisting on calling it child porn rather than abuse images I see... For fucks sake.
