I live in a block, where the bedroom rooves of one level are the balcony entrance to the next level up.

Roller skating, ok, I understand that the balcony is a nice safe place for the neighbour's young children to skate. Tricycles, ok. a littl bit of gentle football for toddler ok.

Pogo sticking!! Surely this is quite clearly not ok! I keep assuming it will stop as soon as the parents realise they are doing it, but as time goes on, hope is fading......

Have you said anything to them about it?

once, several years ago, they stopped straight away then. (not sure it was the same family) Going to have to get up, get dressed, and go and speak to them, aren't I ( have been up all night with sick DD- we were both asleep, now we are both awake again)
