Posting here for traffic.

I have an interview for an unpaid placement in a local primary school. I've zero experience and have only just started a college course in childhood studies so I don't know much yet (previously worked in a totally different field). I'm feeling totally out of my depth! What sort of things should I read up on? Any ideas what I might be asked? Would I just be shadowing someone at first (if I get it!) or will they expect me just to know what to do? I'm so nervous!

I think you need to demonstrate you understand confidentiality, safe guarding and health and safety (at a basic level) and just be enthusiastic and keen. They will bite your hand off- especially unpaid!

Thank you wonder. I don't know where my confidence has gone!

There might also be questions about team working, communicating with children, staff and parents, following policies in place- including behaviour policy.

OK great thank you Yellow I will make sure I'm up to speed with those
