There was a well known Mumsnetter, something that had Hair in their username (I think!?) they posted in AIBU for traffic and had black dots on their foot??

If they haven't found the cure or whatever my DH stepped on a seaurchin and it looks exactly the same...!

So that is pitted keratolysis; they have a superficial bacterial skin infection. It’s not contagious just gross. And whosever foot that is they’re lucky they’ve only got black dots because it could look worse.
